How to Transform Leadership for the Next Generation to Tackle the Pressing Global Challenges of Our Time?
Millennial Motion
Based on a cutting-edge scientific study conducted by Dr. Seren Dalkiran on Millennial Leadership worldwide the 'MillennialMotion: The Next Generation of Leadership' launch has been organized by The Millennial Research Team in collaboration with Synergized Earth Network (SEN), Centre for Innovation (CFI), HagueTalks, OYWTheHague and in support of ImpactCity - The Hague Innovators, (ImpactEconomy, City of The Hague - Municipality). This launch brought together an intergenerational world community of youth leaders, change agents, (future) decision-makers, innovators, (social) entrepreneurs, intrapraneurs, scientists, educators, stakeholders, elders and mutual mentors at the Centre for Innovation in The Hague (the international city of peace & justice). Millennial Motion: The Next Generation of Leadership is platform for Millennial leadership worldwide to address the importance of the role of Millennial leaders in global change processes and generate possible solutions across various impact areas. In this way, it builds an evidence-based bridge between theory and practice and the nexus between science and society.
Millennial Talks
To provide Millennial leaders with this platform to voice their perspectives and a call to action, the Millennial Motion events present the ‘MillennialTalks’. In these talks the story of a new generation of Millennial leaders who are emerging worldwide are addressed. Millennial leaders worldwide represent valuable voices and perspective across various impact areas covering civil society, business, governance, education, technology, health, environment and grassroots leadership. Through these talks intergenerational and multi-stakeholder dialogue and cooperation is fostered by responses from stakeholders, elders and mutual mentors across different sectors. The Millennial Talks focus on understanding the new generation of leaders and the leadership they find necessary in order to equip themselves to become resilient in the face of global challenges and prepare for the (future) workforce in the age of digitization.
Millennial Motion has been organized in The Hague, Bombay, Sydney and Istanbul.
We are looking forward to our next editions and you can sign up for the Preliminary Report: Millennial Motion: How to Transform Leadership for the Next Generation to Tackle the Pressing Global Challenges of our Time?
